The entire FBC team were efficient, helpful in explaining FL mortgage process and being friendly in the process. Although the process was lengthy with much information to provide, having e-signing and the security of their process held with efficiency on both sides. The only thing that is keeping it from a 5 star is the level of documentation that was required, that said, its better for all parties to be transparent and have current information from the buyer.
