My loan officer was phenomenal she stayed professional even when I wanted to give up. It was times we would move forward and because of things on my end get knocked back. She kept me up to date with the good and bad at all times. I never had to keep calling and emailing she stayed on point from the beginning to the end. I absolutely would recommend the ladies at FBC to anyone for home ownership. Thank you for a excellent experience and not giving up on me when I became difficult. YOU ROCK KELLY!!!
