Working with the staff at FBC Mortgage has been a pleasure for me. It started out when i was first talked with Ms. Yvette Cortez aout obtaining a loan. She guided me along the way it was a processes but i was always able to call and ask questions, she was never too busy to answer me or call me back. I was so appreciative of the communication i had with her. Then when my loan was pre approve the team was so helpful oh my they followed through, they emailed me and also emailed me with reminders. Being my first time applying for a loan they team at FBC was so awesome. It was an absolute pleasure working with them.
