Communication from Lender for the last two weeks before closing was poor. Return times on calls took a day or two later was very slow. Items sent to the lender were misplaced and had to be resent more than once.

From the very first phone call until closing, she made herself available and put me at ease by answering all my questions. With me being a first time home buyer I had a lot. Jennifer Rethenford always gave me the attention I needed on time. Either e-mail or phone. But also Jay and Jared, I know they were always on top of it. To receive a $5.00 gift card for Starbucks, may not mean a lot for some people. For me IT WAS. not for the value, but because it was an invitation to *relax* after all the stress for me on buying my first home. Justin's Tip: The quicker you get the neccessary documents back the smoother the process. some items will be requested that seem irelevant but neccessary to comply with new government regulatins so just do it quickly and wait fo the next request.
