AFTER the trials and tribulations of what originally was to be a construction loan (Didnt appraise), my buyers finally closed on the home after an appraisal dispute and a new conventional loan. FBC was with us through it all- and we are all thankful with the result. Thanks FBC

Whole experience
From the time that I was notified that I was preapproved to the time I closed everything was smooth. If I had a question FBC was there to answere. If I had a problem receiving documents FBC would resend them to a place where I could receive them.. Except for the intial paperwork signing I never had to go back to their office which was nice, everything was handled over the phone and computer. If your looking for a company that is efficient and cares FBC Mortgage is the company to contact.

All of the Team J and J employees that I dealt with at FBC Mortgage were very communicative and available to answer any and all of my questions. This was my first time buying a property and they were very patient with me. My loan processor took the extra time to explain everything to me so that I would understand where I was in the process. I would use this company again and refer them to family and friends.

I just did a refinance with Jay Zerquera with FBC Mortgage. I've also done several other home loans through them in the past. I've had a professional and satisfactory experience every time. My expierience with FBC from the first phone call requesting information to the final processing team J & J at FBC was courteous,professional and answered all my questions and emails without me needing to place a second call or resend my email. In todays customer service environment this was a refreshing change. I highly recommend team J&J at FBC without reservation.

Jay assisted us personally through our application and approval process and his attention to detail and commitment to us was second to none. Definitely someone who I can say went above and beyond to make this happen for my wife and me, we are really grateful.
Alejandro's Tip: Always be proactive when it comes to documentation and there is nothing Jay can not do for you.

Not good
When I and my wife went to select our dream home in kissimmee Florida we were introduce to Fbc mortgage. I was first dealing with a different person name Brandon him and his assistant were very slow to process my application for instance I would call Monday to find out about my application status and they would not reply me until Friday. Than my file was transfer to jay. I received a call and email from his assistant Ana who can be little more friendly, that now they are processing my file and they will do there best to get it done fast. I was given a closing date of October 25th. And every time I had contact with any of jay or Ana they told me that everything is good for the date. We should be ok. Even the friday before that Thursday i spoke with jay about application he did informed me that he had not heard from usda yet but he also told me that we should be ok for the 25th. They did inform me that usda taking longer that normal but we should be ok. I had planed everything for that day of October 25th. And as I am doing my final walk with builder I received a call from jay at 10:05 that we can't close at 11am because they didn't receive approval yet. My closing was postponed until further notice. In the main time I had to leave my rented house because I had given 30 days notice to my former landlord. I had to take my son out of school because we lived in different places and we didn't have any other transportation for him to go to school beside school bus. I had to move all my house items to storage. They should never give a confirmed date to buyers and if they do they should stick to there commitments. It's easy to say oh sorry it's not in my hands it's usda what's taking so long but they don't know what the other family is going through. I did closing on November 13th 2012 and we will never forget what we have been through for these 19 days. Thanks

The rate, terms, service and closing where as good as it gets. Being in the industry may years I have many experiences in real estate / mortgage closings. Very little work on my part and easy, on time closing as expected. Thank you FBC and thank you Jay!
Justin's Tip: it's a peole and service business. Don't just look at rates that companies promise and can't deliver. Gettimg a mortgage is an Art and needs professional attention.
