All I can say is... Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! What an AMAZING rescue by Jared and his crew, after my experiencing a lender directly from the pit of hell and my being at a point of hopelessness! On a late afternoon, I called Jared with tears in my eyes to see if he could salvage a two-month delinquent home purchase contract and begged him to forgive my tone as a result of what was left of my sanity. Jared wasted no time in rounding up his team and amazingly closed on my new home in less than 15 days!!! Unheard of, considering all I had been through prior to my desperate call to Jared’s cell phone, begging for his help in securing my home loan. -- I recently lost both parents and an in-law, all within 16-months of each other, each in different States; needless to say that my emotions and stress levels were already over-the-top-crazy. -- The prior lender/officer had no problems issuing lies, avoiding phone calls, losing paperwork, the whole gamut of everything she could do wrong she managed to do, blatantly, while speaking in a tone suggesting that she was doing me a favor. Needless to say, over the two-month period I became a complete irrational basket case and was on the brink of insanity when Jared received my call. After Jared calmed me down and assured me that he could work with me, within 48-hours my file was transferred and prepared for underwriting review. I was amazed! It doesn’t stop there. The level of COMMUNICATION, empathy, attention to detail, courtesy, compassion and care that has been given to me (and still going, 3-weeks AFTER I’ve moved into my home) is unheard of! FBC rescued me…I almost made the mistake of establishing a 30-year relationship with a [pimp] lender who would have given me a rate that would have cost me an extra $120 per month! Yes! That much, on top of foul treatment because they believed I was desperate and decided to capitalize on my misfortune. -- When I say I LOVE FBC and will only recommend them, I truly mean it! Whether it’s a family member, neighbor, the moving company’s crew or contractor, whenever I received a complement on my home, I first give thanks to God, then I hand to them Jared’s business card and tell them what I just told you. Jared AND his team are the REAL DEAL and truly the best in the business!!!

FBC mortgage did an outstanding job completing the loan process, all the while, using today's technologies for convenience on all matters of communication, document retrievals, etc.
David's Tip: keep already saved and dispatched documents handy on a cloud or other easy retrieving hard disc devise. they will ask for precious docs at sometimes, inconvenient times.

No Issues, parts confusing
Our conventional loan went as planned without any issues. We were very happy with the process although there were a couple parts that were confusing to us. we seemed to get emails from multiple people directing us to do something or ask for more information. Everyone has a "loan processor" or "loan coordinator" and we were unsure of who was asking for the information at times. Fortunately, our realtor would get an answer or help us our. Also, Tyler/Jared were very responsive when asked questions. We were somewhat uncomfortable with all doc's and required information being sent to different people at different email locations, all on-line process. It is important to verify all email request. Overall, no issues and we would not hesitate to use Jared again.

My husband and I were first-time home buyers and couldn't have asked for a better experience with Jared and his team at FBC Mortgage. Very impressed with those involved in our purchase. We had a chapter 7 in 2011 which obviously affected our credit. We did everything that was asked of us and the lenders were very specific and helpful to make sure this transition was as smooth as possible. It took longer to close, but was worth it
