As a first time homebuyer I felt this lender went over and beyond to help me purchase my first home. My first lender was not very responsive, or helpful when I had questions or found potential homes. When I ever I had a question for this team, the response was fast and helpful. I was alway updated throughout the process and was given an explanation each time on why certain documents were needed.

The folks at FBC (Jared and Tyler) were fantastic! Very responsive and easy to work with. At no point did I have any concerns about the status of my loan process from them. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same thing for Diane, the Processor. Her poor attention to detail coupled with an unprofessional disregard for us made us feel like we were just another box to check and left us in serious concern that something was going to happen due to her negligence. Many times I found myself correcting Diane on her mistakes, which she often would not reply to or correct until the following business day which left me worrying about the status of my loan. These loans are incredibly personal to the applicant and unfortunately, it seems as if she doesn't recognize this. Diane's brusque demeanor and carelessness are the reasons that I cannot in good faith refer FBC Mortgage to others, despite my great experience with the rest of the team.

Great Experience
I worked with Jared and Tyler on financing our home purchase. The experience was great and they were both very helpful in answering any questions (big or small). They also went to bat for us on getting a better rate.

Stressful
Unfortunately, I was very unhappy with the entire process until Adam's got involved. Once Adam's was involved things began to run much smoother. I dont like giving a bad review, I just feel things could've been handled better. The blame was on a credit rescore, however, I feel that wasnt the case. So thankful it is over. Thank you Kaysa, you were a huge help, and for always being available when I had questions.
