Just had a great experience with FBC on the finance of my biggest home purchase. Jared was accessible via phone and email everyday. My questions were answered timely and with detail. I really appreciated this level of service since I have never dealt with them and had no clear history of the company; I needed to trust them in order for them to earn my business. And I was never disappointed. They are a preferred lender in the community in which we bought our house and have been on business for a long time. I highly recommend FBC as your primary lender!!

Tremendous Customer Service
Going through the lending and settlement process is always a stressful process that sometimes requires quick action on both ends. Fortunately, my real estate agent referred me to FBC. Their customer service was simply tremendous, which I think is invaluable. I primarily dealt with them via email and was able to resolve most issues as they arose. A few instances required a phone call from their end, and they were always concise and courteous. I did a comparison to another local agency and found FBC to have very similar closing fees and interest rates, which gave me peace of mind. I would definitely recommend FBC and will certainly use them again in the future if a need arises.
