I highly recommend using FBC Mortgage. Jared Varitek, Tyler Peppers, Diane Ostrander and Michelle Russo were a great team to work with! They were always approachable with my questions, were very knowledgeable, patient and friendly with all my questions and made this stressful process a really good experience! I never felt like i was bugging them, they were very prompt with returning emails and phone calls, and they made me feel like a person with a team on my side. They offered me a very competitive rate and explained all my options to make sure I was happy with the final mortgage and options I chose. All in all, a great experience and a happy customer!

My experience with the entire team at FBC Mortgage was very pleasant. I started working with Dabney who was very helpful and informative regarding the whole home buying process, even before I started searching for homes. Dabney made it very easy to transfer my information to team J&J where I worked closest with Tyler Peppers who was just as helpful. Everybody I spoke with over the phone and by email during the whole loan process were very attentive and prompt with responding back. The Best Team In Central Florida
You can count on these guys going above and beyond to help you achieve your goals. My specific situation called for a tremendous amount of last minute work in order to pull off back to back closings in the same day, something we needed to do because of our work schedules. Jared and his team at FBC hung in there and worked late to help us get to the finish line. It probably wouldn't have been possible without them and a delay would have been catastrophic for us in that situation. Thanks again FBC! Highly recommend them to anyone, in fact my parents will be using them early 2016 and they couldn't be in better hands.

Jared and his team made an impossible happen. As long as I provided necessary paperwork on time, every step of mortgage approval process was addressed right away. I deal with instant gratification for clients every day, so my expectations were set already high since I am also in Customer Service Industry. Getting someone to help you in every step of the way, weather its just simple consultation, that is very important to me as a consumer.
