Thomas's Tip: Before you buy, Recommend an initial visit, and two follow-up visits to the property to make a list of anything that you want added/changed and questions for the seller--before you sign the contract.

Had to jump in the housing market a little ahead of my credit score, but the team made my application process and purchase process easy -- and I got a great rate. My processor worked HARD in a the very short time frame allowed to get my loan closed in the nick of time.

Jared was professional and helpful. He met with me to explain the process and go over my documents. Jennifer was extremely helpful as well with making sure all the appropriate documentation was received. I was not happy with the fact that I had to wait for over 3 hours after signing at closing for FBC to release the funds. Numerous voice messages and emails went unanswered the entire time. I have been though 2 closings prior to this and have never had this happen. The employees at the title company were not surprised and said this happens all the time with FBC. I was quite frustrated at this point and when I called my contact, Pam, she also did not seem surprised that the funds had not been released. I found this to be unprofessional, especially since the closing date was known well in advanced and all of my documents and funds had been received prior to closing day.

Bad turned good
Jared turned a bad situation into a great one. A different loan officer was completely horrible to the point of me finding a different lender. Jared took over and found a better loan option for me and was much better at explaining things and keeping me informed.

Best mortgage experience ever!
I recently got a mortgage through FBC mortgage for my new home. Pam Crowley, Jared Varitek and Cat Carosone-Lynn helped me through the process. Each and every one of them were amazing to work with. This is my 6th mortgage and it was by far the smoothest and most pleasant experience I have had when getting a mortgage ever!!!! When I had questions they answered them and always returned my calls when I left a message. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anybody! Kudos to you all!
