Norma's Tip: I would have preferred to have had Zak’s involvement earlier in the process. His guidance would have been very helpful in accomplishing our end goal, which is to prepare for retirement and not finance so much, if any. In hindsight, I would have used the credits more wisely. The sales process can be very emotional stressful.
