Initially the response was not good. At a later point it improved. For once the interest rate was very low but i couldn't lock it. He was saying some 30 days rule etc.. I expect PSH Mortgage flexibility on buyer on these things for better closing cost and save some money. Overall okay experience.

Never heard from this loan officer. Not sure why they even get a commission
The only notifications I ever had from a loan officer were preset emails wishing us a happy whatever. When my 1st loan officer left, I received 1 email from Matt. I then received an email about locking a rate a few days before closing. There was never any discussions about locking rates in early or even what type of a loan I was looking for. If it wasn't for the builder paid closing costs to use this company, I would have left a long time ago

New Home Buyer Experience
Working with PSH was a great experience for us as new home buyers, specifically working with Roger. Roger was always available when we needed a consult. He always had an answer for us and got back to us with any answers we required within the same day. He also kept us up to date on our monthly mortgage cost increases during the building process. He took the time to explain everything in as much detail as possible whenever we had questions. Could not have asked for a better experience for our first time.
