The BEST loan officer ever
To make this long story…long. From the very first day I talk with Luis he made sure I understood by explaining the process. Any questions I asked he had an answer. I will use Luis as my loan officer again and recommend him a thousand more times. When Luis gave me my first yes I was pretty much sure I will get a few more yesss from him. My family and I are very Thankful for FBC and Luis Mesquite it was a wonderful First experience.
Lakeila's Tip: Make sure that you have or download acrobat adobe to store your files. Return documents the same day if possible. Adopt a signature. Take pictures of all Identifications…ID, social security card and keep in your file. DO NOT ALLOW ANYONE OTHER THEN THE FINANCIAL COMPANY TO PULL YOUR CREDIT FILE…no new nothing
