Bad communication misunderstanding procedures
We was uncomfortable with the process, because we received info with too many mistakes and asking for documents that we send more than one time.

Tanya did a great job of keeping us updated on what was going on and answering any questions we had. She was thorough in explaining the process and was my go to person in anything relating to my loan.
Paula's Tip: I think it would be helpful for the loan processor to be more responsive. There were several emails and phone calls I made to Dian that were never returned so I had to get and ask for information from Tanya. It would also be helpful to have notifications on any documents missing with more time so closing date is not pushed, especially when I asked over a week before closing if we were clear to close on time and no one responded till less than 48 hours to close. Our closing date got pushed from Friday to Monday, and although it doesn’t seem like much, it impacted several work days, deliveries, and work scheduled to be done prior to moving.

Incredible Service
From start to finish, the process working with PSH Mortgage was incredible. We had a few bumps towards the end, which is to be expected during new construction builds, but the communication from Tanya and everyone on her team including Dian and Breanna was amazing! They were always willing to take the time to answer any questions we had and kept in communication with us through the whole process.
