Initially the response was not good. At a later point it improved. For once the interest rate was very low but i couldn't lock it. He was saying some 30 days rule etc.. I expect PSH Mortgage flexibility on buyer on these things for better closing cost and save some money. Overall okay experience.

Never heard from this loan officer. Not sure why they even get a commission
The only notifications I ever had from a loan officer were preset emails wishing us a happy whatever. When my 1st loan officer left, I received 1 email from Matt. I then received an email about locking a rate a few days before closing. There was never any discussions about locking rates in early or even what type of a loan I was looking for. If it wasn't for the builder paid closing costs to use this company, I would have left a long time ago
