Reliable and Resourceful
Originally, I had committed to getting a conventional loan. Based on my own research, I had thought that was the best way to go. I had proceeded with that goal until about a month before closing. At that time, when Myriam provided the details, I had doubts about proceeding with the conventional loan. I recall asking specific questions about the closing costs and the differences of going with conventional and FHA. She very clearly described the different aspects and the differences between the two. I finally went with FHA because of her experience and knowledge and the facts she provided which helped me make a final decision. She was always reachable too, which I valued and appreciated.
