I give this company a 5 star rating for all the work that was put into refinancing my mortgage. They have a very efficient system in place to upload documents, they answer emails very efficiently and they worked very hard to close my loan in less than 30 days. I had to work hard on my end to provide them the documents and information also in order to help make this an efficient process. I highly recommend them for your mortgage needs.

I chatted with Chelsea just so that I could tell myself I had done due diligence, since I already knew I was going with another lender. So impressed with our process with Home Loans Today!! Was using a local lender that we had used before but when they finally gave me a rate quote it was over a point higher than what Home Loans had posted online. We then were in a rush but they completed everything so quickly that we made our 30 day close!! Devon was amazing! Stayed on top of everything and kept us posted. Smooth process and great rate!

We had a great experience with this company. Our property did not appraise where it should have been and we were going to walk away, but the lender worked with us on the rate even though our LTV was not where we thought it would be. The entire process went smoothly. I would say my only complaint is that sometimes I would not receive a call back in a timely manner or a call back at all and would have to email for a response. Other than that I was really happy with how things went.
