I had an amazingly positive experience with my home loan process. At it's core, buying a home can be a very stressful time, making sure you have all the paperwork, the approvals and knowing where you are in the process, but FBC made my purchase wonderfully simple! The periodic videos to show progress and status changes were a great way for me to understand the process. The staff were awesome with answering questions and staying on top of my needs and concerns. I could not be more pleased with my experience.

Kim has handled three of my mortgages over the years. She is knowledgeable, fast, and accurate. When getting a mortgage, there are many third parties involved (appraisers, title company, realtors, insurance companies, lawyers, etc...). Kim takes control and keeps everyone moving to get things accomplished for the needs of the client. Three mortgages, all perfect. Thanks Kim!

Loan officer was good, issues with fbc itself tho
I have no complaints for the loan officer I had. He was knowledgeable and quick but the hold ups and frustrations were with other departments within FBC. Specifically the insurance section. It would take too long to go in detail but the experience made me almost want to just get a new lender altogether.
Meghan's Tip: Make sure YOU do your due diligence. Some things only got done because I spent hours dealing with multiple people to make up for company shortcomings.
