Good support for remote close
During the Covid 19 period, this lender does provide all the support required for a remote close (like digital signature). Only comments for improvement are: 1) Seems between the Loan Company different department the communication can be better. Example is that I used their insurance division for the home insurance, but seems this was not communicated to the loan processor. 2) There were some requirements for the loan application that seemed to be unnecessary or in my previous experiences with other mortgage companies have not been needed (like letter from employer certifying that I can work from remote)

Exceptional Service
I wanted to to Thank Michael Khoury and his Sales Manager Daniel Hartwell for getting this loan done for my Dad who is a VETERAN of 20 years. It was an easy loan but some hurdles at the end and without the expertise and knowledge of the FBC Team Hartwell not sure if it was ever going to close. I would recommend anyone looking for a VA Lender or any Lender at that fact to definitely give Team Hartwell a call!!! One thing I will definitely say is that as a Buyer if you provide ALL the documentation the lender is requesting immediately it does save a lot of time and the process is painless and smooth.

If you work with FBC, I definitely would not recommend Patrick Chicklinski. He’s only getting one star because zero isn’t an option. Poor communication throughout the process on something that took entirely too long from the start. Will never go through him again.
