We were told incorrect information with our pre-approval on what type of loan we could use for a specific property. This was confusing and stressful. Some of the team were very prompt with answers to questions. Others were not. Documents were requested at the last minute causing unnecessary stress. Otherwise, things did go smoothly and closing was fine. But I was pretty nervous the whole time because I didn’t feel confident all was under control.

Kristin Hawkins is the best--we had such a great experience with the refinancing of our home mortgage. Her knowledge base is at the top and she kept us abreast of each step and was always friendly and professional. Her assistant Kim was also helpful, courteous, and friendly. There was always an open line of communication and Kristin always responded back in a timely manner. For any future home loan needs we will be contacting Kristin at FBC.
MICHAEL's Tip: Do not hesitate to look into an option of refinancing your present mortgage. We had more options than we thought were available.

Home Buying Made Easy
This is my first time buying a home on my own. Everyone warned me that buying a home was a nightmare. Well my experience was like a DREAM! Kristin made the process so easy, and effortless.
