Victoria was awesome to work with. When I was not receiving the kind of attention I deserved from other bank officers I would reach out to Victoria and the problem would get solved. She was always willing to help and had a smile in her voice. Once I spoke with her all of my anxiety disappeared and I felt confident in the advise she gave.
Joyce's Tip: Realize that the buyer does not have first hand knowledge of company jargon on delivery deadlines. Taking more time and explaining what’s needed and giving examples would make process go so much smoother. Online tool is difficult to sign in to and time consuming. Need to streamline process while protecting buyers security.

Exceeded Our Expectations
With being first time home builders and going down the road of a new build, there were a lot of questions and Rolando was there to field them all, responding quickly and patiently while we sorted out our best options. Being an accountant I need to see numbers and get solid data, while this isn't always possible in this market, he was able to give me timelines, update our loan as we went along and lock us in a rate that made the most sense when it came time to close. I am so excited for our new home and couldn't have had a better experience.
