I recently worked with Jorge at Coastal Loans, and I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received. Jorge was outstanding—professional, extremely knowledgeable, and adept at navigating any barriers that came up. He was always easy to communicate with and took the time to explain each step of the process, what actions I needed to take, and the timing for everything. In addition, Chaniece was my loan processor, and she is outstanding! Her communication skills are amazing, and she clearly expressed what needed to be done and what she required to clear underwriting requests. Her efficiency and attention to detail made a significant difference in the process. Buying a home can be incredibly stressful, but both Jorge and Chaniece made the entire experience smooth and manageable. Their expertise and dedication to their jobs were truly masterful. I highly recommend Jorge, Chaniece, and Coastal Loans for anyone looking to buy a home. Five stars all the way!

Where do I begin. As a first time home buyer I was very nervous and to be honest had no idea what the process of buying a home would take. I thank God for placing Jorge and the Coastal Loans family along with David and Holiday Builders family to assist in the purchase of my first home. Since day one Jorge has always communicated and been 100% transparent. Jorge's experience, expertise, guidance and recommendations have always made me felt secure along the process. I'm not sure where all the good reviews came from, but I definitely wouldn't recommend Coastal. From start to finish it was a complete nightmare. Response times were awful and paperwork was forgotten, missed and asked to be resent multiple times. I would recommend Coastal for my trash service because that's about all I trust them with. If I could give them negative stars, I would.
