Reasonable process
We were satisfied with the process. Rates were not that great, but because we were getting $$$ towards closing if we used FBC it was a decent deal. There were many different people engaged along the way. The online system wasn’t very intuitive in the application process. Some of the documentation requested was unnecessary, considering the documented assets. (20X loan amount).

By its nature, the mortgage process must be detailed, precise, requiring scrupulous attention. Shelley Klein and the team at FBC were beyond efficient, always pleasant and accommodating and committed to my needs. For the borrower, the many forms, copies, proofs can be (were) overwhelming and if there was one FBC feature to highlight from my side it would be their patience, clear explanations, and just plain old friendliness amidst the whirl of steps to closing.
