Overall good
Rate was higher than other offers with a 800 credit score, but paid a lot of closing costs so it balanced out. Communication was better towards end with closing. The best part was they set a closing and had everything ready by that date. Overall good process but scary for 1st time home buyers that need a little help with process. Good company for more of your experienced home buyers scary for novices.
Steven's Tip: Ashley was great called me multiple times to make sure I was on the same page which I appreciated greatly.

Review of financing and closing for 1370 Willow Oak Court, Vero Beach, Fl.
Generally, very satisfied. I found the near closing very frustrating- as the title company told me she (Robin) had all the documents to FBC, Ashley from FBC complained that Robin had not completed her tasks. I was also dismayed that Ashley continued to tell me to "wire more than the closing statement amount and we will reimburse you at the closing"- the figures for exact closing amount were not forthcoming from FBC until 36 hrs before closing date. This did not promote confidence of sound business practice.

This was a very professional team and the closing went very smoothly. I was very please they kept in contact with me throughout the entire procession from application to closing.
