Concern for the different emails I rcvd...Knew Matthew and Emily Goesche...but then I kept rcving emails to review and sign or asking for papers from additional people. This occurred AFTER I rcvd a letter alerting me to the possibility of fraud in the mortgage game...maybe you should limit number of people who actually send papers to clients. We also had issue with the new Florida ruling about spouse signature even if not on loan. We weren't told of this till the last week and then had to juggle the appts because of my son's unadjustable work schedule. It almost came down to using a mobile closure at 5am. Thanks for finally changing appt to the day before the original time. Also, I know that mortgages are often sold off to other companies but your sale ,I think ,was a record for swiftness...papers were already done for such a sale BEFORE we even closed on the loan !!!!!!!
Elizabeth's Tip: Please be more patient with those of us who are technically challenged in our equipment at home. I live in very rural area and have to drive to town to send faxes...plus sometimes your papers didn't copy onto my printer correctly and I had to piece the right side of paper. Plus some papers were sent at end of day and then I couldn't do the task AND drive to town until the next day. Some people might not have access to equipment OR driving ability to get things done...in timely fashion. I sometimes felt pressured to complete things faster than was possible.Maybe I shouldn't also play the "senior citizen" card, but ....

We had a very happy with Matt. He was responsive and worked all the time to get us approved. The only area for concern is that some of his team members didn’t communicate well, but he always resolved the issue quickly.

Only one small complaint. I was emailed the final closing disclosure at 5:00 pm. The most important document and nobody bothered to call or text to tell me it was there.

My wife and I had a great experience through the whole process. I especially the videos on what to expect at each step of the process. Loved follow up emails and calls to make sure that we had everything we needed. When ever we had a question there was someone there to answer our questions. It was truly a nice journey with a tour guide to tell you what exciting thing was next. At the end of the journey was our dream house. Thanks you guys so much for everything!

Gnc did a great job., but at the very last minute the under writer needed more. The issue should have been worked out ahead of time, not 5:00 night before closing.
