We switched to fbc after we had a problem with our previous lender. After my daughters realtor recommended fbc, we made the call. They promptly took a look at our file and said it would be no problem to do, and more importantly, still made the closing date with under 30 days. Everyone we talked to there or came in contact with did an awesome job for us and were very professional. I would not hesitate to to use fbc Mortgage!!! Great people.

Working with Matt and his team was even easier than our first time with the initial mortgage loan. They are thorough, professional and very personable as well. They even think ahead to what obscure document or explanation the underwriters may ask for so it's in hand when needed. I looked around quite a bit when we decided to refinance our mortgage. They were still the best choice without even considering the people. Recommend to everyone.

The staff are all awesome. They walked me through my entire loan approval and closing of my home. Sheila Robinson is an amazing processor. She became a friend, listener, encourager. I can't say enough about Steve that we dealt with our loan processor. Steve is the most patient, kind, and knowledgeable person we've ever dealt with. What I appreciated most about FBC is that with every step I was sent a video that explained what step my loan application was in. They kept me informed. I never questioned what was going on. Also, they responded promptly to all my questions involving documents.

First Time Buyer
My experience of buying a home wasn't quite what I expected it, but the situation currently happening didn't help either. It was quite a bumpy ride, but overall I have no complaints, Nicholas Furbee was terrific and so helpful. Matthew Walker, Ana Dias, and Tori their best to make the buying process as smooth as they could be due to my crazy situation. I just finished closing on my home, and all I can say to the Matt Andre team is, "Thank You."
