Matt and his team made this process extremely painless. With our first mortgage it was a much more stressful/time consuming process so we were not looking forward to doing it a second time, but it was completely different this time around. We received reminder emails when items were due and had phone calls returned quickly with any questions we had.

Confusing Teamwork
Matt and his team did a great job overall but there are way too many different people contacting you for their part and it gets very confusing. There should be one contact person that has a checklist of the required documents. That person can delegate it to the team as appropriate. I didn't even have an executed contract and the team wanted to schedule the appraisal etc. It got overwhelming at times and I had my real estate license in another state for over 28 years and this is my fourth real estate purchase in six years. Overall the team does a great job of making it all happen, but it could be so much less confusion.
