Great Response and Process was Smooooooth as Butter!
Working with Matt and his team (Nick, Tiffany, and others) was a fantastic experience!! My wife is a former mortgage processor, so we are extremely familiar with the industry. First and foremost, the team was ALWAYS responsive, whether with information/answering questions or just getting back to us very quickly. They were patient, friendly, and very clear on what we needed in order to get everything approved. I would highly recommend Matt and his team with no hesitation!
Javier's Tip: Make sure you get all your paperwork in order early - bank statements, paystubs, w-2s, etc. to make it easier for yourself and the mortgage team.

I've done four loans with FBC now and each end up providing the same answers and exact same documents each time. I selected FBC instead of one of the nationwide loan companies because I knew I would be doing repeat business and I wanted a local company that I could get to know and would get to know me. It's not happening with FBC.

This is my 3rd time using FBC Mortgage in the last 4 years and Matt Andre, along with Chris Hartman and NIcholas came through again. Even though Builders mortgage company offered a $7500 incentive it was not worth the aggravation I endured. Called FBC and done!! No hassle straight forward processing. Great job!
