This was my first home purchase and on top of that it was a 230K renovation loan. I can't express enough appreciation to the team at FBC. Multiple times they stayed after hours taking my calls and emails. I not only recommend the company but would never use another after the experience I had. Staff was very friendly, professional and considerate. If you are looking for a lender, do yourself a favor and call FBC.

I would give the copy of the final disclosure at least the day before, not the day of the closing. For client to have time to discussed any questions with the loan officer. I was given my final disclosure when I was at the title company.
