Kim made the process very smooth and was informative as we went thru the entire process. Kim was clear on what she needed, quick to respond and always returned my email before the end of the day...sometimes later in the evening but always before the end. She was on too of the ball and our loan closed with out a glitch at all. In fact it was so smooth we were a little worried the day of closing that the other shoe might drop...it never did...she was just that good with no surprises. After hearing ask the horror stories from friends and from my wife who runs a KW office, we feel fortunate Kim was able to make it all so painless.
Christopher's Tip: Kim doesn't do a lot of small talk because she's focused on getting your loan closed. When she says she needs something, get it to her and she'll get it done for you

Because this was the second home that Kim closed for me, I had such high expectations from the first process, that I just knew she could not outdo herself. Wrong! Kim brought the very best personal and prompt service from my first phone call with her through my closing. She gave me accurate information and kept on top of everyone invovled (including my relator, the closing agent, the title company, the second mortgage, the inspector, and my insurance agents) so that nothing was missed. No matter what business you are in, when you see the outstanding service that Kim gave, you have to gasp! A great experience! Thanks!

This was my first time purchasing a home and Amanda Spor and the FBC team made this process so much easier than I anticipated. I work 54+ hours a week and they made themselves available during business and non business hours for all my concerns. Amanda is very prompt. She always returned my phone calls and emails. She made me feel like I was the only customer they had. She did a lot of leg work for me I.e requesting tax returns, requesting other documents needed in order to close. She was very understanding towards my hectic work schedule and helped alleviate all of the leg work I would have normally had to do.

With a last minute switch in lenders, FBC was able to secure a lender in just under weeks to close. My loan officer Kim Dorsett and her team were amazing. The process was smooth and easy.
Leslie's Tip: You know what supporting financial documenation the lender is going to want so start getting it together early. It will make it easier on you an easier on the loan officer. Also work on any credit disputes prior well in advance of buying a house.

Fast, Easy, Convienient, Flexible
I move back to Orlando after being away for close to 10 years. I couldn't sell my old place and early on Kim worked with me to secure lending. All of her numbers from the beginning were very close, if not slightly conservative, to what the final ended up being. She worked diligently to get me funding. She was also very responsive often returning question and email after hours and on the weekends. She was even able to help us close sooner than we had originally requested.

I couldn't have been more thrilled then to have been approved for a USDA loan. I honestly didn't know what it was until my builder explained it to me. And it was the best choice for me because of the interest rate, being a builder approved lender and then not having to put money down. Kim was amazing - always answering my emails, phone calls and 10 million questions. She explained everything in detail and was always available when I needed her. Closing couldn't have been any better too. I had heard horror stories about closing not happening on time but my closing was done in an hour and went super smooth. I couldn't have been more happy with the service and experience!
