We just refianced our primary residence with another mortgage company and it took 7 months. We used FBC and Kim Dorsett for mortgages on 3 different investment properties. We closed on all three within 30 days. I highly recommend both FBC and Kim Dorsett. Everything was taken care of quickly. Any potential issues were quickly resolved. Couldn't be happier. Will only use them from now on.
