I am not sure who the loan processor was. My dealings were with Kim Dorsett and her assistant Amanda Spoor. The closing was delayed by about ten days, but the delay was caused by the Title Company that was selected by the seller.
Nargis's Tip: If you have a choice, select a title company that is recommended to you, since this was the only hitch.

Well, I have tons of closing & buying experience after buying 6 houses, but 5 new construction. Kim's attention to every detail made this the easiest one for me yet. I loved her help and guidance throughout the entire process. She is very professional and also very reassuring as the time goes along as to what to expect. I have never had such a great loan officer in the past. And works like a dog around the clock even on weekends. I couldn't believe it when she would call me into the evening to make sure we made every deadline.
