The Loan Officer was on top of the loan process all the way from beginning to end, providing advice and feedback at every step. The large number of required documents surprised me, since I've purchased several homes before, but the Loan Officer made sure I knew what was required and when.
James's Tip: The process will be greatly expedited if you can provide documents electronically, such as retrieving them online from banks and brokers and by scanning paper documents and attaching them to email messages.
