They’re total pros!!
We had a great experience with Team Taylor on the purchase of our new home. They clearly know what they’re doing. From beginning to end, they were on top of things, were great about communicating what was happening and what to expect. They have a system in place for communication that works very well, you are always in the loop and so is everyone else involved in the process. We shopped around and were initially pre approved with a different company early on. They were okay, but you need better than ok for this kind of transaction. Team Taylor and her team are total pros, and you want them on your side :) I can’t recommend them enough!!

The mortgage loan process can be a daunting and intense journey, but Team Taylor was absolutely amazing. My fiancé and I specifically worked closely with Yvette Cortes. She was the absolute best. She kept us informed of the process and communicated with us the entire way. She returned emails and texts very quickly, even on her days off. She fought for our loan and didn't give up. I would recommend them a million times over. You can not go wrong with Team Taylor.
