Extremely stressful and totally lacking empathetic customer service
Still not over the pain and aggravation to discuss it. The final blow was waiting 5 hours at the title office to close.

New home owner
My payment was not where i wanted it to be, everyone including the sales realtor was i a rush to close that was convent to them and not me. Things i was told didn't happen on the sales person side like no garage door opener, no touch up paint, payment not under 1400 the process was long and repeated with resending the same information several times. Letters was supposed to be written up didn't get do. Had to what 8 hours at title place with not even offer a bottle water to myself and my realtor which we are of color and other families in and out with soda, snacks and gifts. Nothing not even a follow up congratulations or thank u for using us nothing. Until this email.
Michelle's Tip: Do not use Chelsea Title company with people of color they are very disrespectful and unprofessional.

Great Experience
I felt like the proceeds moved very quickly with almost no issues. Only issue I experienced was the closing was pushed one day past the estimated date do to minor paperwork issues. But all parties involved were very helpful.
Adam's Tip: return all items to be signed promptly and ask questions about anything you’re unsure about.

Karen was upfront with everything I was going to need in order to get approved for a loan. She was also very transparent in communicating every step of the way which was very helpful as this is only my second house and this by far was way better than the first experience with a different company.
