The FBC people where always in contact with me and make this process of buying a house as easy as possible. The only complaint I have is my loan officer that was not very responsive but the rest of the team are great!
Bryant's Tip: Communication with client is essential. Always make sure that everything is done before calling for a closing.

Better than before...
Used this lender to both purchase and refinance our home. It was not a pleasant experience at first. She seemed overwhelmed with work which resulted in poor communication and frustration. Unknowingly, we were assigned to her for our refinance as well. But I must admit, that it was a better experience the second time around. We received more communication and were kept updated via email. A noticeable improvement...
Lucie's Tip: Be patient. The process itself is stressful anyway and it doesn’t help getting frustrated at the people trying to help.
