Me and my husband experinced the worst treat in our lives, specially with the underwritter and his assistant, they did not communicate in the proper manner with us, Mr. Florent Moysan and Vicky Thomas requested the same documents every day and look like never revised or pay attention on what they doing with our case, we are very dissapointed about them. The lender Ms. Karen Grim she tried her best, but the last days were HORRIBLE for us specially for me a high blood pressure patient, they got me on a tension all day long, Karen told me they review the emails but never reply neither for courtesy. They need to be more concius with people.
Betsy's Tip: For the future clients, pay attention to their communication and stop asking for the same thing every single day, create a file or something for that person because we feel like our infomation went nowhere.

Tried hard
I believe that in the beginning things were going good, then slowly instead of following thru I had to call, text to find out things. I ask a few things that NEVER got responses. Still don't know the answers to my questions. And also please be careful when verbally saying amounts and then turns out to be another amount. Our rent was suppose to be $1491 then was $1551. After all 1520. Well overall It was ok. And for closing not much was prepared. Even where I went to close they knew the wait with you guys was heavy. Not sure if I dare to recommend your services...

Starlight/FBC Mortgage
Disappointed on the delivery of the loan closing and communication between information with us and to our realtor. The day before loan closing they overbooked the location where we were supposed to close, so we had to drive far for the closing. We were left in the dark and so was our realtor on certain details, for example our loan packet was not submitted to the title company until hours before the closing and the title company had no idea that we were even closing that certain day until the night before. We lost our security deposit on the house we were renting because we could not clean before leaving. We were on standby for a few hours for the loan packet to be processed right before closing. Received email that the loan was funded right before signing the closing docs to later find out that the loan still was not funded until after all the paperwork was done.
