Jennifer Pitcher was very informative and was able to clearly explain the refinancing process and what to expect. She was quick to provide the required paperwork for our completion and initiated our loan request immediately. Her team of assistants that facilitated the loan processing were prompt, helpful and responsive to all of our questions. They were excellent at keeping us apprised of the status of the processing from receipt of the required paperwork, through the underwriting process and approval. Would recommend Jenifer and the team.
Christinia's Tip: FBC staff - ask at the beginning of the process if the house will titled in a Trust: Loan Applicants: Make sure you advise everyone immediately if you intend to title your property in a Trust. We did and this helped to prevent having to redo the paperwork. Also be prepared to provide copies of the Trust documents which must be reviewed and approved prior to final approval.

My wife and I had tried to get a home for months through another lender. Their process was complicated, their communication lacked, and when Covid hit my wife and I were bumped out of our ability to get a home. That is when we found FBC. The team at FBC were kind, knowledgable, and super easy to work with. My wife and I were informed every step of the way. There were even times when they worked extra hours just to ensure that the home we fell in love with became ours. In less than a month, we found a home, closed on the home, and moved in to the home.
