Process
I find the entire loan process to be rather intrusive and unsettling, maybe because the rules have changed since I last endured the process! With that said I can also state that Jeni made the entire process as painless as possible. I really liked all the electronic signature stuff although I doubt that anyone bothers to read all of it. Overall Jeni did a great job and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a loan.

Not too often I write reviews or give my personal opinion, but under the circumstances, I feel the job FBC Mortgage Company did for my initial loan process as well as my refinance for my home was exceptional in every aspect of the loan process. Jeni Pitcher and her team made the process seemliness and effortless on the homeowner behalf. In the future, I will not hesitate to refinance again or use FBC to purchase another home in the future. To put this into contexts, I have been fortunate to purchase over 10 home and counting and by far, this process with FBC rates number 1 for my family and I. Exceeded ALL Expectations.
