For my first home purchase, it was important for me to have a loan officer who was knowledgeable and patient in explaining all of the details. We offered on our house and closed within 3 weeks. Everything went smoothly without any issues. Jeff is the best and I highly recommend him!

This purchase was nothing like the normal home buying experience. Short sales are a mess any way but this one was worse. Over the 14 months of working on the buying the house and then having to close in under 30 days was just nuts! through it all Jeff was AMAZING!!! Always on top of it and never slacking on this crazy purchase. If and when we look to buy anything else we will be bring our business to FBC and even more Jeff Duncan.
