Believe it or not, I'm 72 years old and this is the first home I've ever purchased--all by myself. I am ecstatic with my new home, and with the incredible service provided by FBC Mortgage and Island Title & Escrow. They were so responsive and forthcoming with the day-to-day communication required. I always knew what was happening and where I was in the process. Okay, I've already said I've never done this before, but I can't imagine any loan officer as caring as Jeff Duncan. 5 stars are not enough. The 97% loan I received was icing on the cake.

Jeff knows his sh*t. He's very detailed, organized, and punctual with what he says and does, while getting others (along with the buyer) to work together to make for a smooth close. We had challenges that ultimately could have been a deal breaker, but Jeff ultimately facilitated resolution and we still closed very quick. Jeff and his team know what to expect and are proactive to avoid issue. I will be referring anyone looking for a loan to this team without a doubt.
