Jeff was great and really took the time to explain everything. As a first time home buyer that was very important to me. Jeff had all of my paperwork prepared so well, my closing only took 15 minutes! I would recommend and work with Jeff again in a second!

We live in Hawaii and purchased a condo in Fl. All of our transactions including our closing were done either by telephone, email or overnight mail. Even though there is a 6 hour time difference between here and Fl, Jeff answered all of our questions without ever waking us! He is very knowledgeable and professional and our entire loan process was flawless. We can't wait to finally meet him the next time we are in Fl. We HIGHLY recommend him and if you are looking for a loan officer, look no further - Jeff is exceptional!

Smooth as silk
Everything went extremely smooth. First time I have ever had a closing statement 4 days before closing. Anything the loan officer needed was spelled out with time to spare. Thank you Jeff, we will recommend you to anyone.
Barbara's Tip: Always keep your financial records up to date. You never know when you are going to need them and will only take a few minutes if you have them up to date.

Jeff was terrific to work with to refinance my house. We closed within 3 weeks of submitting the application, as promised. After spending 2 months with another lender that eventually led to being turned down by them this was refreshing. Jeff was clear about what was needed and even assisted in obtaining one of the documents just one day before the scheduled closing when the Agency that needed to send a confirmation letter on income source failed to do so. He was recommended by a realtor friend of mine and I am grateful to her that she did.

Great Service for a Re-Fi
Jeff was a great and knowledgable person to work with. I felt he had my best interests at heart especially after he gave me info where major bank had steered me wrong by giving me bad info. He qas able to achieve a good .50% and $100 a month less payment than that other bank. He also pulled this altogether under 30 days, where I was led to believe it would take 3 months. All in all Jeff was very helpful and saved me money and gave me advice that was in my favor.

We just recently purchased a home. It was a short sale. We went through FBC Mortgage Lenders. Jeff Duncan was our Loan Officer. He was thorough and highly efficient. We could not have asked for a better experience. He kept us updated throughout the entire process. In fact, he surpassed everyone else that was involved with the sell. Jeff was always quick to repsond to any questions or concerns that we had no matter what time of day. We would highly recommend Jeff Duncan.
