I received competitive rates from multiple companies, but I decided to go with FBC for multiple reasons. #1. I have used them in the past and everything went smoothly as planned. #2. They were very responsive to my questions and helped answer everything in a timely manner. #3. They had more flexibility than the other companies 4. They were local which I prefer to support Even with the uncertainty with Covid-19 we were able to close early without any issues or concerns. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to for a mortgage company or to refi.

Great Customer Service & Timely Information
Having worked with FBC Home Loans both personally and professionally as a Realtor for many years, I've come to expect good service and products. Jared and his team, especially Pam Crowley, exceeded my expectations. Pam was only a quick phone call or text away when I needed her. She also makes herself readily available to my potential buyers and always gets them pre-qualified in a timely manner. Fortuitously, FBC was able to close on my loan a week early which took away some of the stress in these uncertain times. The electronic loan updates and accompanying videos are good tools for me and my customers, too.

I was very happy with my experience buying my home in 2016 and also refinancing my home. Pamela Crowley was amazing helping me through the process of refinancing. I have recommended Pam and my nephew is also looking onto refinancing.
