The process was really easy. Fbc staff was corteous, responsive, and very informative. The process was really a pleasure. Everytime a question was raised, a timey answer was given. Although this is a business and they are for profit you can tell they work with you and care. Really really happy!!!

We contacted Jared and Jay from Team J&J at FBC and they got our refinance process started very quickly. Every step of the way, Jared, Nancy and Quita made sure our transaction was very smooth. They did excellent job during processing ,co-operative only the thing was they took almost 3 months to get final approval instead of 30 days commitment submited on july /12/2012 and final approval got on oct/16/2012
