Jeni Pritcher was my lender. I started the mortgage process last year and successfully closed on my first house yesterday. The entire process was super easy until the last week. There was an issue verifying something with one of my employers, but Jeni always came up with new ideas on how to push the process forward. Her hard work and guidance made my experience the best it could be.

This is the 4th house I’ve purchased in Florida within the last 5 years and I’ve used FBC for each loan. I’ve used my VA benefits. had an FHA and now a conventional loan through this great company. Jeni is ALWAYS quick to respond no matter the day or hour. She’s friendly and helpful even when I was pulling my hair out! Documents are always on time and are accurate which is so important. I’ve always closed in a timely manner with FBC and honestly have had zero problems. What a gem in a tough industry, I honestly give FBC my highest recommendation! I will use them exclusively on all of my home purchases!

A complicated transaction
They changed my rate from 4.625 to 6.5 even it was supposed to be locked. Then, despite having my file for 5 months and having receipt all clearance on my paperwork they delayed the closing because UW signatures. Is hard to get email confirmation or prompt communication from them.
David's Tip: Make sure you have all written. Have a plan b at hand

Jeni and her team were wonderful throughout the entire home buying process, even when hiccups would arise they would communicate in a timely manner with my real estate agent Francesca and I. I cannot recommend Francesca enough to all of my friends and coworkers, as she was the real star of this show as far as getting everything arranged and keeping everything moving smoothly. 10/10!

Frank's Tip: Know what is in your credit report as you never know what detail will need to be explained. Also, I recommend gathering all your documents in an electronic format and storing them in a cloud source like One Drive or Google Drive.
