I was confuse about the approval process
I can say all the guys I talked to Ken, Donna, and Scott are awesome. they were quick answering my questions. and that what very important for me and to anybody especially first time home buyer. Be there for them any time they call you. The approval process was confusing for me because I did not know when the approval is guaranties. You guys need to explain that more to the buyers. May be I did not ask the right questions but you need to explain that even if the buyer did not ask. I'll say thank you all!

Outstanding Service!
Scott Stinson and his team provided outstanding customer service throughout the entire mortgage loan application process. It was incredibly stressful, but Scott provided timely and proactive communication. He also advised us of potential hurdles we would have to deal with and the best way to handle those hurdles. Throughout the entire process, he remained confident and encouraging. Despite a 4 day delay which was completely unrelated to FBC, we recently closed on the purchase of our dream home. We elected to use Scott based on the strong recommendation of a personal friend. He exceeded our expectations at every turn.
David's Tip: Document, document, document! Make sure you have all documents in order and readily available to provide in electronic format. This made our application process go much smoother, especially when underwriting requested several things right at the end of the process.
