Seamless and Fast Refinace
We contacted Scott on a Friday evening about refinancing our home. He was happy to take the time with me on the phone even though it was after 5 p.m., and prepared our application. By Monday we received our documents, and in just over a month the loan was closed. The entire process was seamless and are very happy. I would definitely recommend FBC Mortgage to family and friends in the future.

Lender was extremely helpful, and explained the process to me as a first-time homebuyer and layman, answering any questions I had. At the same time, he was very professional when dealing with my wife, who has a degree in finance, and was able to answer some of her very specific questions without condescending, unlike a few other loan companies we spoke with.
