Sam and his team were a joy to work with to buy our home in the Birmingham area. We had a previous loan experience where we became stressed because we felt like the loan team was stressed but this team was relaxed and walked us calmly through the process. They worked patiently with us as we sent them the documents. Sam sent us a variety of scenarios so that we could explore many options for our loan. We would definitely work with Sam and his team again.

Great Job
Sam Davis and his team were great. They took time to answer all my questions as a first time home buyer. We were also in a time crunch and had to close in 30 days. Not a problem. Dana also helped explain things to me and Sara was very good about keeping me up to date on how the process was coming along. The hardest part was really just finding and faxing all the papers they needed.

Sam and his team helped us work through what we thought was going to be a breeze but turned in to a nightmare. If it wasn’t for them I don’t know where we would be! We had days left before closing on a house that we had had a contract on for months. When problems showed up in an inspection and we had to walk away, we had only days left to find another home before we had to be out of our current home that had also sold months before. We found a home but to be able to close quickly to meet the timeline was for sure going to be a challenge. But Sam Davis and his team came through in a way that surprised everyone. So fast and responsive. And totally compassionate to us in our emotional whirlwind of changes. They are great people which is why their company is so great. Truly one of a kind.

Good company
Sam was helping and so was Sarah. Communication was great in the beginning and began to fade towards the end. All in all I was pleased with the communication and efficient. Would have given a 5 star but Sam never would call me back.

This was my first time buying a home and Sam Davis and his team made it a very, very pleasant experience. Sam Davis and his team had no problems EVER with taking the time to talk with me to help me understand the complicated process of applying for and obtaining a mortgage loan. She was just as fantastic as everyone else that I had spoken to up to this point, even going as far as contacting me when she was out of the office when I had a question for her.
