Great guy to work with.
Sam has done mortgages on both of homes and recently a jumbo mortgage for my dad. He is extremely thorough and courteous. Sam explained everything I needed and then gave me multiple options that would fit my budget. I cannot recommend Sam and his team enough.
Ryan's Tip: Doing a credit check before looking for a mortgage is a must. You will always find old and incorrect info on your report that is been pulling your score down. Ideally you should do this 3-6 months before you need a mortgage.

The entire FBC team that I dealt with made the loan process uncomplicated and straight forward. The products offered were appropriate and the documentation requirements were fairly simple. The loan coordinator, Dana Wilson and the Loan Processor, Janee Wasierski were both great to deal with. The loan officer, Sam Davis was also great to deal with. My questions were answered timely and they all kept me informed along each step of the process. This team showed outstanding customer centric service and was truly a pleasure to conduct business with. If I need mortgage services in the future, I will return to FBC.
