We did a equity out, refinance loan a couple of months ago with this team. Can't say enough about how happy we were with their process. This group is very friendly, efficient & helpful. All of the paperwork was submitted online and any questions handled by phone. The closing was conducted in our home so couldn't ask for more convenience. We were especially impressed with how this team would send electronic updates to keep you informed of the process. Would definitely use them again and would highly recommend them to others!
